Learning Hubs

Learning Hubs

Within the Sevenoaks Partnership of Primary Schools, smaller working groups have been created called Learning Hubs.  These hubs have been formed of groups based roughly in the same location, with a range of pupil rolls and the ability to support others or the need to be supported.  The purpose of the Learning Hub is for the schools within it to work collaboratively, share good practice and develop key common areas for development to drive school improvement.

In addition to the Learning Hub’s annual school improvement focus, all schools within each hub will participate in some or all the following:

• Termly Heads meetings
• Joint staff meetings
• Joint governor meetings
• Cross-school moderation
• Learning Walks
• School improvement plan sharing
• Share recruitment opportunities
